Step 1- Read the Memorandum of Understanding between Manor and Lancaster County to learn how the process works and eligibility requirements. NOTE: the maximum annual income chart on page 2 has been updated and is shown on the last page.

Step 2- Print and complete the grant application below or contact Manor Township office (397-4769) for a hard copy. Call Manor Township office with any questions (397-4769).

Step 3- Take the completed application to the Manor Township office. Do not bring it to LASA or the Redevelopment Authority.
